Waugh Infrastructure Management is a management consultancy specialising in Asset Management Planning, Asset Systems Implementation and Strategic Asset Management Support. With over 20 years of expertise in New Zealand’s infrastructure management, our team is led by Ross Waugh and provides asset management services to local government, public and utility clients. 

Waugh has contributed to a number of New Zealand national data capture, advisory, and infrastructure standard-setting projects. Strategic analysis of client practices is balanced with a strong practical background that always ensures results. 

Our team are recognised and respected for their skills in Asset Management Information Systems, GIS and associated data collection, manipulation, and reporting.

We maintain a strong working relationship with IDS and our expertise enables us to support clients in implementing strategic asset management across IDS's full infrastructure modelling services, using Deighton dTIMS for transport and water assets. We maintain ongoing collaboration with IDS to enhance these industry-leading tools.
