Khaldoon is a civil infrastructure engineer with more than 25 years of experience in managing and maintaining transport and infrastructure assets. He has worked in consultant, contractor, client secondment and client roles.
​
He has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of road asset management and pavement modelling, network management and maintenance planning, contract, and project management.
Khaldoon has a practical approach with client teams and the issues they face. He is also well-versed with forward planning and work programme development.
