IDS are pleased to announce that Gemma Mathieson has taken over as Technical Manager, replacing Elke Becker who steps down after 10 years in the role.
IDS CEO, Dr Theuns Henning said, "Elke remains part of the IDS technical consortium but has handed over the technical coordination role to allow her to focus on wider asset management services. She has made a significant contribution to the National Land Transport Plan analysis for Waka Totahi NZTA and has spearheaded a number of system enhancements as part of the project. Myself, the IDS board and team would like to take this opportunity to thank Elke for her dedication over the years. She has played a vital part in many of our developments and we all know her as our rockstar presenter at national conferences. We wish her the very best."
Gemma has worked as the IDS Helpdesk Manager since 2014 and has been part of many major projects so is well versed in dTIMS software and IDS processes.
Theuns said; "We look forward to Gemma bringing her technical knowledge and passion into the role. She is well known by our customers so we envisage a smooth transition.
Gemma will also oversee our training strategy moving forward so watch this space."
